Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aarvix Apparel Private Limited, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or refunds.
